In the event that more than one client wishes to book wedding services on the same day, preference will go to the first client who pays the deposit. A Rescheduled wedding will only be accommodated if the new date does not conflict with another booked wedding.

Eric Blanks Media will be the exclusive professional videographer. Friends and family are permitted to operate video cameras on the condition that they do not interfere with or get in the way of the professional coverage. It is the client's responsibility to secure access to areas for videography. Eric Blanks Media will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions.

Creative aspects such as shooting and editing styles, music, and artwork are at the discretion of Eric Blanks Media. Music must be license to prevent copyright infringement.

Eric Blanks Media will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests, etc.

Any liability on the part of Eric Blanks Media will be limited to the amount of monies paid.

Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Eric Blanks Media of any technical or other problems with the video within 3 days. After 3 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.

All or part of this video may be used by Eric Blanks Media for promotional purposes and uploaded to the web.

Copyright will be owned by the client and Eric Blanks Media.

In the event of a postponement or cancellation of this contract, so long as a minimum of thirty days notice has been given to Eric Blanks Media, the deposits paid may be used for any future event up to one year past the date of this contract, providing Eric Blanks Media has no other obligations for the future date. After that time, all deposits will be forfeited to Eric Blanks Media.

If Client gives less than thirty days notice of cancellation or postponement, a $250 Cancellation Fee will be charged plus trip fees, if any trips have already been made.

The Client has retained Eric Blanks Media as the exclusive official videographer to cover this event. The Client grants Eric Blanks Media full production and editorial control regarding all aspects of this.

Client may request one set of changes, upon receiving his/her approval copy. If such changes require more than two hours of editing time, such extra time shall be billed at $50 per hour. Such changes must be requested by email or other written form, within 72 hrs of receipt of approval video.

Eric Blanks Media takes utmost care with respect to the exposure, sound capture, editing, duplication and delivery of the video products and services offered. However, in the event Eric Blanks Media fails to comply with the terms of this contract due to any event or act, Eric Blanks Media liability is limited to the refund of monies paid to Eric Blanks Media.

Eric Blanks Media must receive photos, invitations, music, checklists, and any other materials required for the completion of the production no less than 30 days before the wedding day. Production may proceed without such materials if not supplied by this time and Client agrees to accept the necessary changes in the production as a result.

Client warrants that he/she has the legal rights to anything that Eric Blanks Media will videotape, including photos, music or other materials supplied by the client for use in this video, and that use will be limited to viewing by friends and family.

Video Contract for Wedding Services

Eric Blanks Media reserves the non-exclusive right to use the original video tape and/or reproductions for display, promotion, publication or any other purposes, and gives same rights to client. If client prefers exclusive rights he/she agrees to pay an additional fee of $500 before the wedding date.

Eric Blanks Media reserves the right to remove themselves and all equipment at any time there appears to be a potential danger to themselves or equipment, belligerent or intoxicated people; hazardous fireworks; careless discharge of firearms; heavy smoking, drugs, nudity, etc... No refund or other consideration shall be given in such cases. For

outdoor weddings Eric Blanks Media utilizes proper equipment to reduce wind noise (fur muffs) and utilizes camera rain covers in the case of a drizzle or light rain. However, Eric Blanks Media reserves the right to immediately remove all equipment to an indoor location in the event of weather that may be hazardous to equipment or persons like lightning, strong wind, hard rain, etc. No refund or reduction in price shall occur in this event but, hopefully, the event would be moved indoors where video could be continued.

There is no travel fee within 75 miles of Atlanta, GA for the purpose of attending the rehearsal and wedding day. For all other travel a mileage fee of fifty cents per mile for each trip made by Eric Blanks Media will be charged and immediately payable by Client and every mile outside of a 75 mile radius from Atlanta, GA. Travel for location weddings must be agreed upon and included in a written addendum to this agreement.

One half of the balance of the video fee must be received to hold your wedding date. The final second half of the balance is due two weeks before the wedding. Also, we cannot keep huge video files on our computer longer than ten days from the time we send your approval copy, so if changes are requested after that time, extra editing charges will apply.

Client by signing below agrees to the terms and conditions above and further agrees to give non-exclusive rights to this video to Eric Blanks Media, to reuse in promotion of their business or in any way they see fit, in any format or media that currently or may eventually exist, however we retain the rights to also make copies and use this video in any way we see fit.
